Appointment Confirmation

You will receive an email/text message to confirm your service 48 hours prior to your appointment, be sure to confirm your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule please send an email to blushingbeautystudio@gmail.com

Late Policy

Please call if you are going to be late prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, please keep in mind that you may need to reschedule your appointment and could be charged a cancellation fee.

As your stylist, if I am running behind for your appointment because of tardy guests, a lengthy blow-dry, or an extensive color service, you will be notified immediately upon arrival at the studio.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to me. I understand that schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, in order to continue to provide the best possible scheduling options for my clients, I do require a 24-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. Should you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to your next appointment.

Studio Satisfaction

As your stylist, I strive to ensure your full satisfaction with realistic expectations. Although I do not give refunds, if you are not entirely satisfied with your color and cutting service, please call and schedule an adjustment within 3 days. Any color adjustments will be charged a coverage fee for the products used if necessary. Full service price applies after 3 days.

All products and services are non-refundable.

Products purchased through the studio can be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value within 1 week of purchase.

Blushing Beauty Studio does not accept communication via text (unless it's a last minute appointment change, such as you're running late or I am running behind with a client before your upcoming appointment)

Can't remember your upcoming appointment, create an account or login in your existing account using the email you provided me upon your first visit. By logging into this account, it will allow you to see all upcoming appointments with Blushing Beauty Studio.

Appointments are currently only pre-booked out 8 weeks in advance, unless reserving a date for your wedding.

Appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours in advance - it is mandatory to confirm  your appointment reminders.
